Our Guarantee

We design it, we make it, we know it, and we think you'll love what you buy from Museum of Robots. But sometimes things just don’t work out, so we offer you an exchange or refund on your purchase provided it’s returned to us in its original condition.

Security in Shopping On-line

We use industry-leading encryption technology to ensure the safety of your on-line transaction. Your credit card number is not stored, but used only by our bank for processing your order.

Mailing List

Museum of Robots does not sell customer information. We’ll contact you ourselves when we’ve got news or something special to tell you about, but your information will not be made available to third parties.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All orders are charged in US Dollars.

Shipping Time

We’ll ship your order within three days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation by email when we process your order (items and charges only - no credit card information will be sent). Your credit card will not be billed until your order ships.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to a California address. There is no sales tax on orders to other States. 

Shipping Options

Our standard shipping method is by Fedex Ground Service. If you need it faster, you have the option to select Fedex Express. You'll see your shipping costs when you order so will know exactly what you'll pay.

Gift Orders

Want to send an order to a friend? Just tell us their name and shipping address when you order, and we’ll send it right to them. Write a message and we’ll send along a gift card so they know it’s from you.
