Our Guarantee
We design it, we make it, we know it, and we think you'll love what you buy from Museum of Robots. But sometimes things just don’t work out, so we offer you an exchange or refund on your purchase provided it’s returned to us in its original condition (unused) within 30 days of purchase.
Security in Shopping On-line
We use industry-leading encryption technology to ensure the safety of your on-line transaction. Your credit card number is not stored, but used only by our bank for processing your order.

Mailing List
Museum of Robots does not sell customer information. We’ll contact you ourselves when we’ve got news or something special to tell you about, but your information will not be made available to third parties.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All orders are charged in US Dollars.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to a California address. There is no sales tax on orders to other states.
Coupons
Coupons that offer discounts or other offers are applicable to in-stock merchandise for online purchase only. If an item is out-of-stock, no rain checks or substitutions will be given. Coupons may be applicable on selected items or dates only. Discounts will not be applied on orders for expired coupons, items not applicable to discounts, or out-of-stock items. Coupons limited to online purchases made from and sent to US addresses only. Coupons have no cash value and may be discontinued at our discretion. Coupons and/or coupon codes are void if altered, copied, transferred, purchased or sold.

Gift Orders
Want to send an order to a friend? Just tell us their name and shipping address when you order, and we’ll send it right to them. Write a message and we’ll send along a gift message so they know it’s from you.
